Evergreen Cottages-Retirement Living-A New Level of Independence

Retirement sets forth a new level of independence. Now that you have the time to do what you want to do, we want to help you use that time to do the things you love by having our staff take care of time-consuming tasks such as home upkeep. Evergreen Cottages, our beautiful independent senior-housing accommodations will allow you to enjoy the privacy of your own home without the hassle of indoor and outdoor maintenance. There is no shoveling, no snowplowing and no lawn care etc. To make your life as worry free as possible, routine preventive maintenance is performed on the Cottages regularly. With that peace of mind, you can enjoy surroundings without the burdens associated with home upkeep.

Accommodations

Located on the south side of our campus, the Cottages are located in a beautiful setting with great access to shopping, restaurants, clinics and more. We have two different floor plans to choose from; The Pine Tree Lodge and the Lumberjack Lodge. Each spacious floor plan has a “great-room” design with vaulted ceilings and flexible dining and living room space. Both floor plans have two bedrooms with, either one and a half baths, or two full baths. Residents control central air and heat and electric appliances are included. In addition, each cottage has an oversized, attached one car garage and both designs have a covered and screened-in porch area so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
