Services Offered!

Our Assisted Base fee includes your choice of apartment, emergency call system, RN-trained staff available 24 hours a day, monthly health screening by a nurse, all three meals cooked on-site, snacks, well-being checks, weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry, daily trash removal, and fresh towel delivery daily. 

Each resident will also have the option to receive more extensive services based on resident needs. Ongoing assessments of residents will continue as long as you remain a resident of Evergreen Knoll. We work with each resident, family member and personal physician to design a customized service plan. As the resident’s needs change, they may require additional services that can be offered at Evergreen Knoll.
