All Evergreen Knoll and Evergreen Cottage residents have access to our state-of-the-art community building. The community building is a place for residents and their friends and family to get together and spend some quality time together. This common area is equipped with high speed internet, a full kitchen for entertaining, a fireplace-lounge/TV area, a wood shop, a craft area and a well-equipped gym.

Evergreen, a small close-knit community, also offers an array of social opportunities. From shopping excursions, local performers, church services, weekly BINGO, and dining out, our residents share a sense of community like no other.
